Manama, Dec.12 ( BNA ) Minister of State Head of the National Corporation for Oil and Natural Gas, Dr.Abdul Hussain Merza opened Monday morning the meetings of the Third Training and Human Resources Development Conference organized by CTM Company under the theme `` Evaluation of Institutional Success through Human Resources ``.
The Minister said that the Kingdom's political leadership gives great concern to the development of human resources , pointed out that this approach has helped Bahrain hold an advanced positions in the United Nations reports on human resources. `` Bahrain has always been a pioneering country in the field of developing human resources and building up technical and administrative skills through industrial development which began following the discovery of oil at the outset of thirties, the minister added. Dr.Merza pointed out that the third session of the conference gives an additional value to the efforts aimed at developing manpower through the CTM Company. The two -day conference - in which 250 participants and 45 companies are taking part - discusses human resources - development and evaluation - related issues.
