Moscow, July. 6, (BNA) Russian Foreign Minister, Sergey Lavrov, announced today that there is no unified stance at the UN Security Council related to the issue on who is responsible for the outbreak of tension in the dispute between Palestine and Israel.
Lavrov speaking during a meeting of the Russian Chamber of Deputies, stressed that there were obstacles that prevented from implementing UN decisions before 10 years in the Middle East. He said that all decisions taken within the frame work of the UN Security Council must be made with the approval of all participating sides in the negotiations.
