Manama, Nov. 23, (BNA) The Shura Council extended, in its weekly meeting chaired today by Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh, congratulations on the Advent of Eid Al Fitr to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, His Royal Highness Crown Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Deputy Supreme Commander, and Bahraini people.
The council reviewed its draft reply to the royal speech given in the opening of the fourth session of the second legislative term. The Shura Council members hailed content of the speech expressing thanks and respect to His Majesty King Hamad, HRH the Premier and HRH the Crown Prince for their continuous support to the legislative power. The draft reply has been put on the council's ninth session's agenda for discussion. Then, the council reviewed a question by member Rabab Abdul Nabi Al Arrayadh regarding steps taken by the Interior Ministry to rehabilitate prisoners during and after their punishment period.
