Abbas arrives in Amman for talks

Amman, March 1, (BNA) Palestinian President, Mahmood Abbas, arrived today in Amman on a two day visit during which he will hold talks with Jordan's Prime Minister, Marouf Bakheet.

Abbas is being accompanied by official Palestinian Spokesman, Nabeel Aburdina, in his tour which included Yemen, UAE and Qatar. Palestinian Ambassador to Jordan, Attallah Khairi, said that Abbas will meet the Chairman of the Sudanese People's council currently in Amman who will present him with an invitation to attend the Arab Summit in Khartoum.
