Turkish Interior Minister visits Bahrain special security forces

Manama, March 7 ( BNA ) Turkish Minister of Interior Abdulqader Aksu and his accompanying delegation paid on Tuesday a field visit to the Special Security Forces (SSF ) Headquarters.

The Minister of Interior Lt.Gen., Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa briefed the delegation on the SSF's assigned missions. The guest also watched a military parade which unveiled SSF good performance and combat readiness. After that, the Turkish Minister toured a photo exposition which depicted the development stages undergone by the security forces over the past years and the uniforms they have used. For his part, the Turkish Minister lauded the distinguished level of performance and adequacy shown by the SSF which reflects good planning and training, affirming that the visit familiarized him with the needs of both sides to further strengthen security cooperation between them.
